Rising artist Stevotherapper has been steadily carving out a lane for himself in the music industry, and according to him, his breakout moment came with a track that continues to resonate with fans. “My most popular song to date right now would have to be ‘Dennis Schroder,’” Stevotherapper shares. “I’m not even fully sure how that song came about but, I remember just getting a distribution deal around that time and I was feeling good and hyped. So the whole song is just me popping my s**t and feeling myself. I spoke about the new deal. The new chain I got and just how life was at the time.”
That energy and authenticity continue in his most recent release. “The latest song I have out right now is called ‘Not One of Them,’” Stevotherapper explains. “I released that song because right now, or at the time of the release, everyone had the same sound and all the music that was coming out sounded the same. So I wanted to show people that I’m ‘not one of them’ when it comes to terms of making music that sounds different, and it can still be upbeat for people to enjoy and have a good time with.”
Looking ahead, Stevotherapper is gearing up for the release of a track that he feels could define the summer. “I actually have a new song coming out called ‘Outside.’ It’s a summer banger in my opinion. It’s catchy, it’s upbeat and the lyrics are memorable. As for a full-length project, the artist is choosing patience and strategy. “As far as an album, I’m not sure yet. I feel like I need a bigger fanbase or more traction. I’d definitely do a 2–3 song EP. But, as far as an album, not at the moment.” With momentum on his side and a clear vision of who he is as an artist, Stevotherapper is a name to watch as he continues to elevate both his sound and his presence in the industry.
