My first album, ‘It’s Me’, was to really establish my presence in the music scene, and I feel like all the songs on there done that. Overall It really just depends on the theme.”
Reflecting on his recent releases, BAM21 states, “A song I just released, “Trenches”, was probably the most streamed song off of my recent album because it was just a chill, laid-back vibe for me, but people really seemed to like it.” BAM21 emphasizes that his music is a reflection of his personal journey rather than a pursuit to satisfy listeners. He shares, “I don’t really make projects to please an audience. To be honest, I really just make whatever I’m feeling like during that time in my life or rap whatever is on my mind. I think at the end of the day, if people are really fans or supporters, they will understand where I’m coming from in my songs.”
